Instructions: 
Under "QUANTITY" put the amount of Application Fees to be charged and click on  "CONTINUE"
At the bottom of the page click on "PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD"

Add all your credit or debit card information and click on 'PAY NOW"
