Documents that will be required from each Applicant after your application is approved:
A) Copy of Driver's License
B) Provide Social Security Number at Move-in date
C) Proof of Income **From Employer and/or Any Additional Source
(Ex: Past 3 Month's Pay Stubs / Retirement or Disability Income / Any Financial Assistance / Last 2 years of Income Tax Return)
Approval and Move-In Requirements:
A) Applicants Must Have 3 Times the Monthly Rent in Combined Income (between all applicants)
B) No Evictions
C) No Criminal Records in the past 10 Years (Exceptions Apply)
D) No Open Bankruptcies
E) All deposits are due prior to move-in date

Applicants must have 3 times the Monthly Rent in Combined Income between all applicants.
Fees and Move-In Deposits :
The application Fee is $50.00 per applicant
Pet Fee is $350.00 (fee may vary). There are limitations on pet size and breed. Not all properties accept pets.
Your move-in deposits must be paid prior to move-in date. Funds must be cleared in the bank prior to the delivery of keys.
