STATEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I declare that the statements above are true and correct, and I hereby authorize verification of references and a consumer credit check.

I agree to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE processing and credit check fee of $55.00. I also authorize Sunbelt Homes LLC and its representatives to obtain information about me from current and previous landlords and employers, criminal background checks and personal character references.  I authorize my credit sources, current and previous landlords and employers, and personal references to disclose to Sunbelt Homes LLC and its representatives such information about me as they may request.  
I understand that pursuant to Federal Law, I may request in writing the name and address of the credit reporting agency used by Sunbelt Homes LLC and its representatives.  I understand that I may not receive a copy of the credit report from the landlord, but may request a copy directly from the credit bureaus.  
Owner or Sunbelt Homes LLC and his agent, employees and/or representatives are not liable to the applicant, his heirs, executors, administrator or assigns for any damage of any kind, actual or consequential by reason of verification by the Owner or Sunbelt Homes LLC of the information provided by the applicant and, applicant hereby releases the Owner, Sunbelt Homes LLC and his agent, employees and/or representatives from any and all actions, causes of action of any kind or nature that may arise by virtue of the execution or implementation of the agreement provided herein.
